MARGARET KEANE

Who was Margaret Keane ? Did you know she became famous for painting "big eyes" ? Did you know her story is so inspiring that even a film was made out of it? Margaret Keane is considered as an example of how women artists have had to take a second role in the history of art. A turning point both on her career and life came when she decided to separate her art style from the so- called "waifs".  This new period shows a strong influenced from Modigliani´s work as you can see on this video.
