These days many countries are celebrating  LABOR or the INTERNATIONAL WORKERS´  day. But in the USA this celebration takes place on a different date. Labor Day is a national holiday in the United States. It is celebrated on the first Monday in September. It is a time for American workers to celebrate their efforts.
