     Here you are the answers to the blank filling written task about KEITH HARING´S BIO AND WORKS. Keith Haring was born in Reading, PENSILVANIA (USA) on MAY, 4 TH 1958 . He started drawing CARTOONS very young, influenced by his father and other famous creators like Dr. SEUSS and WALT DISNEY . He opened his first exhibit at the Pittsburgh ARTS and CRAFTS Center in 1978 . In NEW YORK City he met thriving artists like Jean-Michel BASQUIAT   and was influenced by Robert Henn´s manifesto THE   ART SPIRIT . In 1986 he opened the POP SHOP in Soho, selling different items with his white men chalked-painted images. He began to colaborate with charity foundations and hospitals. In 1986 he paainted the mural Crack is Wack that´s become a landmark in NEW YORK .
