SCHOOL WORK ART (5TH COURSE)


 Welcome to Warhol Project activity seven    

MATERIALS:                                                            

ü      Two white paper sheets

ü  Tempera paints, wax crayons or felt tips (for the animals)

ü  Watercolours or coloured chalks (for the background)

ü  Black marker (to trace the animals´ shapes and write the sentences:

o   you  are so little ...

o   … and you are so big.

PROCESS:
1.      See the example.
2.     Choose any other pair of animals (DIFFERENT from the original or the examples)
3.     Draw them on a white paper sheet.
4.     Colour them using tempera paints, wax crayons or felt tips.
5.     Trace their shapes using a black felt tip.
6.     Use another white paper sheet for the background. Colour it with watercolours or coloured chalks.
7.     Cut and glue the animals on the background.
8.     Now write the sentences:
a.     The big animal says:   you are so little …
b.     The small one answers:  ... and you are so big.
9.     Sign it using a golden or silver marker (if you haven´t got any you can do it in class). (You´ll also varnish it in class using a sponge)
